Like I had written before, the shoes came in a different box, said the other box was damaged, and there was animal hair inside the shoes. I hope these were brand new and not used. I cleaned the insides of them and they seem to be fine. I was disappointed in the way that they arrived.At first I didn't think the arch support would be sufficient, but after wearing them for a day, the sole molded to my feet providing the support I like. As for size, I think they run just a touch small. I have a small foot and need a size 5 for sandals, but ordered this shoe in a size 6 as there wasn't a 5.5 available - the fit is perfect. The first day I wore them, I brought along a broken in pair of shoes in the event these were rough on my feet, but they were comfortable all day. No break in period was necessary for me.They are very cute. Pretty mauve ! The 7m is too big. I wear 7m in the vionic heels, kitten heels and boots, so I ordered a 7. Wish I had ordered the 6.5...but it isn’t on sale, so I am still wearing the too big shoes. They are not a comfy sneaker. They are supportive and but they are kind of hard on the sole. I have to say, though, even hard and big on me, my feet don’t wear out when i wear them all day.Though the arch support is good, the whole shoe is stiff and really unyielding. If I only needed to stand in them, they're fine - but they're so stiff that walking means they rub in multiple areas. They may get softer with wear but I'd have to wear them with pain to break them in so that's a bummer.Love vionics and these are a very nice sneaker. The rubber sole is a little higher than most and dies cause ose rubbing on the big tie, but I hooeful with some wear they will stretch a little. They were supposed to come with a second set of laces and were not included so watch for that. I notified the company hut gave not had a response.After reading the reviews, I decided to size down from my usual size. I got a 6 instead of a 6.5. There is still some space between my toes to the tip of the shoe but I would prefer a little more so I'd suggest getting your true size.That being said, the shoes are light and very cute for orthotic shoes.Price was great, quite comfortable.I was unexpectedly surprised with the $15 and change delivery charge. Since I am a prime member and ordered through amazon, as expected there was no mention of a delivery charge. It wasn't until I got the bill that the extra $15 showed up. I think this is deceptive and should have been out in the open, more transparent. If the shoes weren't so fabulous, I would have made more of a stink
