I purchased these shoes because of severe pain due to a bone spur next to my Achilles tendon. I wasnt sure if I would be able to wear these for work as I am a merchandiser and literally am on my feet for hours. The first day I wore them I noticed a great decrease in my lower leg pain and especially around my heal and ankle. Ive had them for 2 months now and while they are still comfortable Im noticing a squeak in the left shoe and I starting to notice pain building in my right foot/leg. Im not sure if its the shoe and that the heal cushion in the sole is already wearing down or what. I got them on sale for $20 and I think Id get another pair and alternate them w my current shoes.Oh, I also noticed that my foot sits much higher in the heel and I feel like Im sliding forward when I walk. The first week or two really felt weird but now its not quite as uncomfortable. Im also wondering if this is the issue w the heel/leg pain.
